Title: Janet's Easy Minestrone

1/4cOlive oil
2qtWater
1 Clove garlic; minced
1/4tsPepper
1cOnion; chopped
  ; salt to taste
6ozTomato paste
1pkFrozen peas & carrots
  Group 2
1/2tsItalian seasoning
1cnBeans in tomato sauce
1cCelery; diced
1cElbow macaroni
12ozV-8 juice
1pkChopped frozen spinach
1pkOnion soup mix
3 Envelopes unsalted beef bouillon
